The appeal is allowed in part. The appellant Motiur Rahman Nizamn is acquitted of charge Nos. 1, 3 and 4. His conviction and sentences in respect of charge Nos. 2, 6, 7, 8 and 16 are maintained. The International Crimes Tribunal has sentenced the appellant to death rightly.
