US Congressman Price says on war crime trial
Visiting US Congressional delegation leader David Price said yesterday that the trial of war criminals from the Liberation War of 1971 is an “internal matter” for Bangladesh.
During a press conference at the Journalism Training and Research Initiative (JATRI) held on the last day of his visit, he said, “It is not our role to take a position on an internal matter of another country.”
