Dhaka, Jan 29 (bdnews24.com) — The war crimes tribunal on Tuesday adjourned testimony of the 22nd witness as the 81-year-old witness was still too ill in a case against Jamaat leader Delwar Hossain Sayedee.

Dhaka, Jan 31 (bdnews24.com)— The International Crimes Tribunal has taken cognizance of war crimes charges against Jamaat-e-Islami assistant secretary-general Mohammad Kamruzzaman.
In a verdict on Tuesday, the tribunal headed by judge Nizamul Haque said, “Formal charges, witness’ testimonies and investigation report clearly suggest that (war) crimes were committed (by the accused). Therefore, according to the International Crimes Tribunal law, the charges are hereby taken into cognizance.”
