DHAKA: The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-2 fixed July 15 for issuing order on the review plea of Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Ali Ahasan Mohammad Mojaheed for withdrawal of war-crime charges filed against him.
The Jamaat leader who is now detained on charges of ‘crimes against humanity’ conducted during the liberation war in 1971.
The three-member tribunal led by Justice ATM Fazle Kabir Monday fixed the date after hearing arguments.
