Investigative Report aired on 8 September, Machranga Television, Bangladesh – showing Bangladesh Nationlist Party spending money in the USA to malign the war crimes trial of Bangladesh and put pressure on the justice process. The investigation reveals the involvement of Toby Cadman in this latest of the lobbying scandals, who also represents several accused perpetrators who faced prosecution for war crimes and crimes against humanity at the International Crimes Tribunal of Bangladesh.
