যুদ্ধাপরাধের অভিযোগে গ্রেপ্তার চট্টগ্রামের এই নেতাকে সোমবার বেলা সোয়া ১১টার দিকে চট্টগ্রামের জেলা ও দায়রা জজ আবদুল কুদ্দুস মিয়ার আদালতে কঠোর নিরাপত্তার মধ্যে হাজির করা হয়।

A prosecution witness yesterday told the International Crimes Tribunal that Jamaat-e-Islami leader Delawar Hossain Sayedee went into hiding in Dohakhola village of Bagharpara [Jessore] after the Liberation War.
“After the Liberation War, Delawar Hossain Sayedee saheb was staying in the house of Rawshan Ali in Dohakhola village,” said Solaiman Hossain, 60, the 15th prosecution witness to testify against Sayedee.

A prosecution witness yesterday told the International Crimes Tribunal that Jamaat-e-Islami leader Delawar Hossain Sayedee had ordered the killing of Bisha Bali in Parerhaat of Pirojpur in 1971.
After consulting with Pakistani soldiers, Sayedee told collaborators, “Shala ke guli kor! [shala means brother-in-law, which is also used as a term of abuse in Bangla, and 'guli kor' means shoot him]”, said Altaf Hossain Hawlader in his testimony.
