ঢাকা, মার্চ ১৮ (বিডিনিউজ টোয়েন্টিফোর ডটকম)- জামায়াতে ইসলামীর জ্যেষ্ঠ আইনজীবী আব্দুর রাজ্জাক আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনালে বলেছেন, তার দলের সহকারী সেক্রেটারি জেনারেল আব্দুল কাদের মোল্লার বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ নিয়ে আদালতের জিজ্ঞাসা প্রসিকিউশনের পক্ষে যাবে।
একাত্তরে মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধের বিচারে গঠিত আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনালে এদিন জামায়াতের আরেক সহকারী সেক্রেটারী জেনারেল মো. কামরুজ্জামানের বিরুদ্ধে আনুষ্ঠানিক অভিযোগেরও শুনানি শুরু হয়েছে।
এর আগে মামলার কার্যক্রম স্থগিতে কামরুজ্জামানের আইনজীবীর করা আবেদন খারিজ করে ট্রাইব্যুনাল।

ঢাকা : ২১ আগস্ট গ্রেনেড হামলা সংক্রান্ত হত্যা মামলায় বিএনপির সিনিয়র ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান তারেক রহমানসহ সম্পূরক চার্জশিটের ৩০ আসামির বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ গঠন করা হয়েছে।
একই ঘটনায় দায়ের করা বিস্ফোরক মামলায় তারেক, বাবর, মুজাহিদসহ ১৯ আসামির বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ গঠন করা হয়েছে।
বাকি ১১ আসামিকে বিস্ফোরক মামলা থেকে অব্যাহতি দেওয়া হয়েছে। তবে হত্যা মামলায় ওই ১১ আসামির বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ গঠিত হওয়ায় তাদের বিরুদ্ধে সে মামলাটি চলবে।
আগের চার্জশিটের ২২ আসামির বিরুদ্ধে পূর্বের আদালতের করা অভিযোগ বহাল রাখা হয়েছে।
