The International Crimes Tribunal on Wednesday rejected BNP leader Salauddin Quader Chowdhury’s appeal to attend the parliament as an elected lawmaker.
The accused did not follow the proper practice in submitting the application, said the three-member panel headed by Justice Nizamul Huq.
The rejection came when the court resumed the day’s proceedings Wednesday.

Tribunal gets today probe findings; evidence said to be found in Natun Chandra murder
Investigators have found BNP leader Salauddin Quader Chowdhury’s involvement in at least 32 incidents of crimes against humanity including genocide, murder, torture, rape and abduction during the 1971 Liberation War.
The agency investigating war crimes told journalists yesterday that it has prepared the final probe report on Salauddin’s crimes against humanity.
