Dhaka, Jan 31 (bdnews24.com)— The International Crimes Tribunal has taken cognizance of war crimes charges against Jamaat-e-Islami assistant secretary-general Mohammad Kamruzzaman.
In a verdict on Tuesday, the tribunal headed by judge Nizamul Haque said, “Formal charges, witness’ testimonies and investigation report clearly suggest that (war) crimes were committed (by the accused).
